Does modern rendering require painting every few years?
Many of our modern through-colour renders (like Monocouche) are pre-pigmented, meaning the color is built-in. This significantly reduces maintenance and eliminates the need for frequent repainting.

Can you render over old, cracked brickwork?
Yes, as long as the structure is stable. We use reinforcing mesh layers to bridge minor cracks and ensure a solid, flat base for the new render.

What is the best time of year to render a house?
Ideally, rendering is done during dry, mild weather. We avoid extreme frost or heavy rain to ensure the material cures correctly and achieves its maximum strength and finish quality.
